By purchasing the Human Design Connection Report from Better Than Balanced, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The Human Design Connection Report is a personalized digital report created using the Human Design charts and birth information provided for the individuals included in the report.
The report is intended to provide educational, informational, and self-reflective insights into the energetic dynamics between two people.
Your completed report will be delivered by email to the email address provided at checkout within 7 days of purchase.
The report is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

All purchases are final and non-refundable once preparation of your personalized report has begun.
Because each report is individually prepared using your specific birth information, the report cannot be returned or resold.
If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact Better Than Balanced, Inc. as soon as possible.

You are responsible for providing accurate birth information for each person included in the report.
Birth date, birth time, and birth location are used to generate the Human Design charts and may affect the information included in your report.
If you discover that incorrect information was provided after purchasing, please contact Better Than Balanced, Inc. as soon as possible. Additional work required to revise a report due to incorrect information may require an additional fee.

The purchaser is responsible for obtaining permission from the second person before providing their birth information to Better Than Balanced, Inc.
By submitting another person's information, the purchaser confirms that they have permission to provide that information for the purpose of creating the Human Design Connection Report.
Information provided for the second person will be used solely for purposes related to creating and delivering the Connection Report and providing the associated service.
Better Than Balanced, Inc. does not require the second person's last name to create the report and therefore does not collect it as part of this purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for sharing the completed Connection Report with the second person.

Your Human Design Connection Report is provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Better Than Balanced, Inc.
You may share the report with the other individual included in your Connection Report for their personal use.
The report and its content remain the intellectual property of Better Than Balanced, Inc.

The Human Design Connection Report is provided for educational, informational, and self-reflective purposes.
